Travelling from Delhi to Gurugram via Metro Tonight? Check Revised Timings of Yellow Line for Weekend
New Delhi: Authorities at the Delhi Metro have revised the train schedule at Yellow Line for July 20 and July 21 in view of planned civil work on a 490-metre section of the Janakpuri West- RK Ashram corridor of Phase-IV. The section is a crucial part of the route as it is where the alignment crosses over Haiderpur Badli Mor metro station on the Yellow Line, which connects Samaypur Badli in North Delhi to Millennium City Centre in Gurugram.As per the revised schedule, the last train will leave at 10:45 pm from Samaypuri Badli for Millennium City Centre, instead of its regular time of 11:00 pm. Meanwhile, on Sunday, the train services from Samaypur Badli will start at 7 am instead of 6 am. In view of this, commuters travelling to Gurugram are advised to plan their journey accordingly. However, trains will run as usual on the rest of the Yellow Line from Jahangirpuri to Millennium City Centre Gurgaon during this time,” said Anuj Dayal, principal executive director of corporate communications at DMRC, quoted by Times of India.“To avoid any inconvenience for passengers during these late-night or early morning hours on the weekend, announcements will be made at the stations and inside the trains on the Yellow Line about train destinations and the platforms for changing trains,” Dayal added.Also Read: Delhi Welcomes AI in Courts, Gets its First Pilot Hybrid Court; How will It Work?
