Lindsay Lohan Reveals Baby Luai’s Nighttime Routine & It’s the Cutest Thing Ever
Bedtime is so fetch in Lindsay Lohan’s house! The Mean Girls alum shared the cute way she helps her 1-year-old baby Luai get ready to go to sleep in a new interview, and it sounds adorable.
Ahead of the Vanity Fair Oscar Party on Sunday, Lohan spoke with Vanity Fair as she got ready. “Now, being a mom, I spend a lot of time with my son before bedtime,” Lohan told the outlet in a video on TikTok. She is absolutely beaming as she talks about her little boy, who she shares with husband Bader Shammas.

Lohan also shared how she handles the tricky bedtime duties. “And I let him play as much as he wants before I sneak out,” Lohan explained. We love it! Finding ways to connect with your kids through play is so important, and I love how Lohan is focused on her son before bed. And then sneaking out after laying him down? That’s the most relatable thing ever! You don’t want to get caught waiting for your little one to fall asleep — and risk waking up the next morning on the floor because you accidentally fell asleep too.
But playing before bed isn’t Lohan’s only tradition with Luai. She also has a morning ritual! In an interview with TODAY in November, The Parent Trap star shared, per PEOPLE, “I have this thing. Since my son was born, I take a picture of him every single morning the second he wakes up. And I like can’t miss it, so I need to be on his schedule.”
Later, she admitted that she’s not sure what she’ll do with the pictures. “I don’t know, I was just talking about that with my husband,” Lohan said. “The other day he’s like ‘You know there’s like thousands of them.’ And then he’s like, ‘You’re going to have to do that for the next kid too, right?’ I’m like, well that’s a whole other story!”
Lohan shared rare photos of her son last month and the many adventures the little family of three had recently, captioned with a heart-hands emoji. In the photos, Luai and Shammas cuddle as they look at animals, Lohan holds hands with Luai who wears an adorable giraffe bucket hat, they go to an art exhibit, and more. It’s clear they are crazy about each other!
