FRIDAY MORNING
Scattered showers and a rumble of thunder are possible especially during the early morning hours Friday with lots of clouds around and lingering patchy fog. It'll be humid throughout the day with dewpoints in the upper 60s to low 70s leading to a warmer feel to the air. Temps will quickly climb to around 80 degrees by mid-day.
FRIDAY AFTERNOON
Afternoon highs will stick around the low 80s, but those high dewpoints will lead to a warm feel throughout the remainder of the day. It'll be mainly dry outside of a spot shower.
NEXT FEW DAYS
We'll see some scattered showers and thunderstorms mainly for the first half of Friday... things look drier for the afternoon. More showers and storms are possible for Saturday. The pick of the weekend looks to be Sunday.
TRACKING THE TROPICS
As of 5AM Thursday morning, Beryl is a category 3 storm with winds of 120 mph moving west around 20 mph.
The storm continues to move west and is expected to lose some of its intensity, however Beryl should remain an impactful storm as it approaches the Yucatan peninsula.
