Ingredients:

For the Filling:

4 cups fresh or frozen stone fruits (peaches, nectarines, apricots, plums, or a combination)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
1 tablespoon lemon juice

For the Topping:

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup rolled oats (old-fashioned)
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Prepare the filling: In a large bowl, combine the stone fruits, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Toss gently to coat the fruit evenly. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Make the topping: In a medium bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Using a pastry cutter or your fingertips, work the cold butter into the dry ingredients until a crumbly mixture forms. The size of the crumbles should vary, with some larger and some smaller.

Scatter the crumbly topping evenly over the fruit filling.
