Emily Ratajkowski's 2024 Met Gala Naked Dress Freed The Nipple

She was both the Nakedest Person on the Red Carpet (her second time as the event’s barest dresser) and the Most Stylish — two incredibly impressive feats. To attend the 2024 bash, the model wore a glittery see-through dress that made her look like a fairy princess come to life. Amid a sea of similarly ethereal-inspired styles, hers stood out for a major reason: It was so stunningly naked.Emily’s Sparkly Archival DressOn the first Monday of May, AKA fashion’s biggest night, Ratajkowski hit two themes with one barely-there number. Her gown’s floral-inspired beading encapsulated the event’s “The Garden of Time” dress code and echoed the rest of the floral-clad harem. She also channeled the Costume Exhibit’s official theme, “Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion,” with an archival number from Versace Haute Couture from Fall/Winter 2001. The floor-length number was covered in intricate beadwork and a floral-inspired print. Across its torso and long sleeves, the embroidery was a tighter rivulet of droplet-esque swirls. Naked dresses are a fashion industry favorite and a Ratajkowski red carpet-staple.
