Chrissy Teigen’s Baby Esti Practices Positive Affirmations in the Sweetest New Video That We’re Watching on Repeat
It’s never too early to learn how to love yourself! Chrissy Teigen is making sure her daughter Esti, 2, knows how special she is by teaching her positive affirmations. And the toddler practiced this self-love in the sweetest new video!
Esti is wearing colorful pajamas and blue socks in the video on Instagram, with her curly brown hair naturally messy. “I am beautiful!” Teigen shouts off-camera, and Esti repeats it in her adorable toddler voice.
“I am smart!” Teigen coaches, and Esti repeats. The little girl then runs up to the camera to tackle her mom, making Teigen laugh.

Esti puts her face right up to the camera as she shouts, “I am amazing!”, “I’m gonna have a great day!”, and “I am beautiful!” among others. This is absolutely the cutest thing ever, and it’s inspiring us to start daily affirmations with our kids as well.
In her carousel, Teigen also included videos of her son Miles, 6, playing baseball, a picture of Luna, 8, and Miles skiing, pictures of Wren, 1, looking cool in little sunnies, and a photo of all four kids looking squeaky clean after bath time. Her kids are all so cute, it makes our hearts melt!
“I’ve been out of the country all week. all I’ve done is look at these pictures and videos over and over 😭” the Cravings author captioned the post. We don’t blame her at all.

Teigen, who shares her four kids with husband John Legend, shared a video on her Instagram story on Tuesday of Esti helping her pick out her outfit. The toddler is in her mom’s closet, holding up a silver high-heeled shoe. “Which ones, the boots or that?” Teigen asks her daughter.
Esti seems fixated on the shoes, but Teigen isn’t so sure. “I don’t know, we’re just going out to the garden,” she says. Well, if Teigen won’t wear them, Esti will! The little girl sits down and starts taking off her little sneaker so she can put the heel on.
“Oh, you wanna wear those? Ok,” she says. And so it begins!
In another video, Teigen takes Esti outside, and the little girl holds her mom’s heel as they look at the plants. Esti points out that the soil looks has “poo poo in there,” and her mom grudgingly agrees.
“Poo poo? Well it helps the soil, it’s not … I guess, I mean, yeah, it’s poo poo,” Teigen responds. “It’s not our poo poo, it’s animal poo poo.”
This little girl is feisty, fashionable, and fun, and we love seeing how her mom encourages her curiosity and silliness!
