Weather Now: Spot Shower; Much Warmer Sunday
Hey everyone!
After a cloudy and gloomy Saturday where we saw some showers and downpours at times, we'll see a few more showers possible overnight and even on Sunday. However, Sunday overall looks like a much drier day. Temperatures will warm up well into the 80s too and we'll remain humid. We may even see a little sun later in the day after those pesky clouds move out.

TONIGHT
Spot shower or two with areas of fog expected for tonight.
Temperatures will remain in the 70s.
SUNDAY MORNING
Lots of clouds, some early fog and a passing shower. Temperatures rise quickly into the 80s.
SUNDAY AFTERNOON
Besides a spot shower, mainly dry conditions with more clouds than sun.
Moderate rip current risk for ocean facing beaches with waves 4 to 5 feet. Be mindful when entering the water and always swim near lifeguards. Use caution all across our shores today.
LOOKING AHEAD...
Temperatures on Monday and Tuesday will approach 90 degrees (across inland areas) with feels like temperatures between 92-97 degrees. Feels like temps could reach as high as the triple digits in some areas far inland.
It'll also stay very humid over the next several days.
TRACKING THE TROPICS
Tropical Storm Beryl continues to move through the Gulf of Mexico. The storm is expected to strengthen back into a hurricane before landfall along the Texas coast.
Those along the Texas coastline should be planning for strong winds, heavy rain, and storm surge.
