According to the page, Michael’s attorney just filed a motion to dismiss Angela’s annulment case. The attorney stated that Michael and Angela’s marriage is not qualified for annulment. It was said that all parties must be able to enter a contract, which should also be present by the time of Angela’s filing. The 90 Day Fiance stars should have consummated the marriage as well. However, all three were not present during Michael and Angela’s marriage. Hence, they believe her petition is invalid.

The court files even mentioned the taser incident that was reported in February 2023, which led to Michael’s decision to run away from Angela.
